To schedule an appointment, please call Bethany at 336-473-6047 or completemotiontherapy@gmail.com.
We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts occur and are sometimes unavoidable. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule an appointment in that time slot. This policy is in place out of respect for our therapist AND our patients. Please provide 24 hours notice to our office if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Patients who fail to do so may be charged a $25 cancellation fee that must be paid prior to the next appointment.
